LUTHIER'S WORD ON THIS BASS

Type I Bass – Flagge's Bass

The Jakobsson Type I Bass is designed to the specifications of Magnus Flagge, the legendary bassist of Refused. This 4-string features a mahogany body, maple top, and maple set neck with a rosewood fingerboard. Coupled with Mojo Pickups' classic Thunderbird reproductions and a Babicz Full Contact bridge, Flagge's Bass delivers a growling, sustaining sound with presence in any mix. Its Plek-optimized fretwork offers superior playability for both hardcore riffs and technical lines. Owned by Flagge himself, this is the perfect companion for bassists who demand power as well as precision.
